Jean-Claude "JC" Attipoe is a Ghanaian entrepreneur and culinary creative focused on building experience-driven dining concepts rooted in flavour, culture, and storytelling.
He is known for creating intimate, curated dinner experiences that bring together food, atmosphere, and intentional design, where each detail, from the menu to the setting, is considered. His approach blends Ghanaian ingredients and influences with a modern, experience-led perspective.
JC is also the mind behind AllofJC, a digital platform where he documents food, culture, and creative direction through visual storytelling. Over the years, he has built a growing audience across Instagram and TikTok, using content to both showcase and contextualise Ghanaian cuisine.
Through Noir Culinary Collective, he offers private dining experiences tailored for individuals, couples, and brands, focusing on personalisation, quality, and a strong sense of identity.
He is currently developing The Table Series, a set of curated dining events designed to explore food, environment, and storytelling in a more immersive format.
