December 6th, 2025 — The First Table. Thirty people, one evening. We proved what we knew all along: Accra was ready for this.

June 2026 — Origin. Every course traced back to its source, honouring the hands that grew, caught, and carried what was on the plate.

12 September 2026 — Harvest. What the land gives back. A table set to the season, in gratitude for everything the year has grown.
